Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Client Engagement Manager to lead client relationships and ensure the delivery of insights and strategic recommendations that address the client’s business objective. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between our clients and our analyst teams, managing projects from inception to completion, and ensuring all client needs are met with the highest standards of service.

Responsibilities:
•    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as the main point of contact and managing client expectations.
•    Develop a thorough understanding of each client's business, industry, and competitive landscape to help effectively manage projects and provide strategic guidance.
•    Coordinate with analysts and other team members to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
•    Manage analysts’ efforts related to industry, market, customer and competitor research.
•    Work with analysts to develop clear and actionable client deliverables and presentations using data visualization and storyboarding.
•    Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for additional engagement.
•    Prepare and present detailed reports on account status, including progress (actuals vs. estimates), profitability, risks, and potential growth opportunities.
•    Participate in internal review meetings to provide insights into client demands, preferences, and trends.
•    Contribute to business development initiatives, including client workshops, seminars, presentations, and engagement estimates (scope and effort).
•    Ensure the highest standards of client service and operational excellence are upheld across all engagements.

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Communications, Marketing, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
•    3-5 years of experience in client services, account management, or a related field within a consulting or strategic planning environment.
•    Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail.  PMP preferred but not required.
•    Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships.
•    Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments.
